Switch from one-line display to full MLS without redoing your search!

You can now run your searches in the one-line format, check the ones that you would like to see in MLS full format, go the Action Menu, check the new selection “View Full” and view the MLS full format of those listings immediately, without having to exit your search. You may also select to see full formats for all or unchecked as well. Please try it, and let us know what you think!

Map Printing

A problem some members were having with printing the map by clicking on the globe icon on the one-line display has been fixed.

New Purchase Contract Available On-line

The new Purchase Contract that replaces the DROA is available in REsearch, and the data will auto fill from the TMK and MLS databases wherever possible. Some refinement in the auto-fill process might be required; so please report any problems you have working with this new form.

LAST CHANCE TO SAVE ON MLS SUBSCRIPTION FEES! Call or send us an email and pay your annual fee by June 27, 2007 and save!!! MLS Subscription Fees will increase by $5 per month on July 1, 2007!

Please call or email us to let us know that you want to save $60 on your MLS Subscription. Pay the annual fee at the current rate in full by June 27, 2007 and you will not need to pay the increased rate until July 2008.

If you are currently on an annual payment schedule, the next regular debit from your credit or debit card on file will be on July 2, 2007. You must let us know that you want to pay for your annual fees at the current rates, and pay by June 27th, or you will be charged the increased subscription rate on July 2nd.

This email notice was to notify you that that the next debit to your credit or debit card on file will take place in 10 days. If you have any questions, just call (800) 628-3121 and ask for Accounting or send an email to Accounting@HawaiiInformation.com.

Photo Loader .NET Framework Download (Correction)

It was mentioned in our last Enhancement update, that it was necessary that .NET Framework 1.1 be downloaded. The .NET Framework version required is 2.0, not 1.1.
