Every page has been re-designed, including a new modern theme set for a fresh new look. A new larger map makes it easier to review listings and exclude comps. You can easily add a listing (and even add off-market properties). And the library of available report sections include new and updated content!

As always, Cloud CMA works on any device, meaning you can start a report on your phone, fine tune it on your laptop, and present it on your tablet!

Planned Outage on December 4, 2018

REsearch and other online services will be unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance beginning at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 through 4 a.m. Wednesday morning. Please schedule your work accordingly. We appreciate your patience as we complete this important work.

Affected Services

REsearch will be offline and unreachable during this maintenance window, as will AlohaLiving.com. In addition, RETS and IDX services will also be offline. Email delivery will be delayed. Websites are not affected, however, and will remain online.
