Hawaii Real Estate Update 2021

Register now for a special joint presentation by noted economist Paul Brewbaker on Hawaii’s ‘post-pandemic’ real estate outlook on May 27.

A year ago, we struggled to predict how a global pandemic might impact Hawaii real estate and the Hawaii economy as a whole. What we’ve seen so far in 2021 is a market that nobody could have anticipated. Yet we know things can turn on a dime, and the back half of this year could look very different from today.

Join leading Hawaii economist Paul Brewbaker (TZ Economics) as he shares his knowledgable and unique insights into Hawaii real estate’s past, present, and future. In addition to providing a macro view of the entire state, he will also probe deeper into the Kauai market, West Hawaii market, and East Hawaii market specifically.

Register today to hear about:

  • Where we are vs. where we thought we’d be in May 2020.
  • The impact of ‘Work from Home’ on the residential real estate market.
  • The impact of remote workers working remotely from Hawaii.
  • The impact of the commercial real estate crash.
  • What happens when eviction moratoriums are lifted.
  • What should we look for in housing policy and new development.
  • What might the next six months look like, next year, beyond.

The webinar will be about an hour long, and there may be some time for Q&A. We welcome your questions early at support@hiinfo.com. A video recording of the webinar will eventually be provided to registered attendees, but to gain the most value out of this real-time update, live attendance is recommended!

Our Office is Your Office

If you are going to be in Honolulu for the 2014 Hawaii Association of Realtors State Convention, we hope you have a successful event and enjoy your time on Oahu. And while the Ihilani is way out west, we want you to know we are still here for you.

If you’re coming in early on Wednesday, or looking for a spot closer to the airport to catch up on work before your flight home, you are welcome to visit with us in Iwilei, a stone’s throw from downtown Honolulu and less than 10 minutes from Honolulu International Airport.

We will have desk space, Wi-Fi, a copier, printer and fax machine… and of course coffee and refreshments as well. And our team would love the chance to get to know you better.

Our Location

We are located in Dole Cannery, near downtown Honolulu (right off Nimitz Highway with a straight shot to the airport). There is ample parking in our hard-to-miss, nine-story yellow parking structure. Come across the bridge and up to the sixth floor, and make yourself at home!
