May 2018 Training Schedule

Go To Meeting LogoThis is the schedule of upcoming online training classes for the month of May. Even if you’ve participated in a session before, it’s often a good idea to get a refresher. Our live trainers can answer your questions and help you get the most out of REsearch. Descriptions of each HIS webinar can be found here.

To sign up immediately, simply click on the links below. If you are going to attend online classes as a group, only one person needs to sign up. We recommend registering for classes even if you cannot attend live, as most are recorded and made available the next day.

Quarterly Billing on April 6

preview-calendarWe would like to remind you that April billing will take place on Friday, April 6, 2018 for those on automatic credit card billing plans that are due this month, including quarterly and some annual plans.

If you are not on quarterly or annual billing cycles that renew in April, or have already made payment for April, no action is required.

If you would like to make changes to your account, including changing your payment card on file, please contact us before the close of business at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018.

Do you need to update your credit card information? Would you like to verify your current payment schedule and method? We’re happy to help! Please contact our accounting department via email ataccounting@hiinfo.com.

In order to provide you with the swiftest service, you can help confirm your current payment information more quickly by providing the last four digits of your credit card.
