Enhancements Available Live this Morning!
Spell Check in Forms
Brought to you by popular demand! Spell check is now available in REsearch forms. Many of you requested this feature, especially for the Public and Private Remarks fields on the listing input forms. After you finish entering your remarks, there is now a spell check button that you can click on, a spell check window will appear for your review to correct word spelled incorrectly in the remarks fields.
Subscriber Designation Field
In REsearch Update My Profile
There is now a place for you to enter your hard earned Certifications and Designations, a “Subscriber Designation” Field! Go to Tools and click on Update My Profile and if you had in the past entered any certifications or designations added to the last name field, they now show in the new Subscriber Designation field. This is a text field that you will manage. The content in this field will appear in all MLS display and brochure formats.

There are quarterly report periods on the drop down menu that appears when you select month.
Fax # Added
Customer Brochure
As requested, your fax number now appears with your other information on Customer Brochures. Please check to make sure that your fax number is correct. If not, please change your fax number in Update My Profile.
REsearch Home Page
History Icons
Have you noticed? For your convenience, there are History Icons next to each listing in Today’s Listing Activity. You can now see the history of each of these listings without having to run a search first.
Map Bugs Fixed
Thank you for your feedback on the new Map Viewer. We have fixed many of the bugs that were reported to us and have incorporated many of your suggestions and good ideas to improve it.
HIS Bulletins and Notices on the REsearch Home Page
Remember that you can see our notices and bulletins if you log in to REsearch. There is a list of past notices and bulletins located in the left margin of the REsearch home page. Click on any of them, and you will be taken to the HIS Bulletin blog site. There you can view our past notices and bulletins, as well as comments that our customers may have entered. You are welcome to blog in it too!

MLS Rules
Disclosures in the MLS
In our HIS Bulletin of January 17, 2008, we announced a rule change that the listor is seller/owner disclosure should be in the listing record Private Remarks instead of the in Public Remarks effective February 1, 2008. The publication of this change gave rise to questions from several participants and subscribers about other listor and seller/owner disclosures. There is an article posted in the HIS Bulletin Blog called “Disclosures in MLS” that you are encouraged to read. On the REsearch home page, you can access the blog site by clicking on any of the articles in the left margin. Reminders will be sent to those listors that currently have the listor is seller/owner disclosure in the Public Remarks to move it to the Private Remarks.
