We’ve rebuilt our Prospects feature to deliver faster listing matches! You and your contacts will get updates for changes in the MLS throughout the day instead of once daily.
We are excited to announce that we have released a new and improved REsearch Prospects search engine. Among our most-requested upgrades, this change will mean that:
- Existing Prospects will be matched and sent out throughout the day as new listings and listing changes are made in the MLS.
- New Prospects (searches attached to Contacts) will show you how many listings currently match the criteria when you create them.
- Agents who elect to receive copies of emails sent to their contacts will receive multiple individual emails, rather than combined daily digests.
We know that Prospects are an important tool that can help keep clients engaged and keep you up to date on the local market. With this upgrade, we hope that REsearch better serves everyone!
Faster Matches Will Mean More Emails
REsearch processes more than 30,000 Prospects searches every day, matching them against every new listing and listing change. Our upgraded system allows this to happen throughout the day, rather than just once a day, but this will change how emails are sent from REsearch.
With our upgraded Prospects system, match emails will still be sent when searches are created for Contacts. But REsearch will also check for matches with new and updated listings as they are made in the MLS. If you have REsearch set to notify you of matches by email immediately, and/or to send you a copy of what’s sent in customer format, you may receive many more individual messages.
If you find the volume of Prospects emails to be too much, you can adjust your “Prospect Notifications” settings, edit your prospects to deselect the “send me a copy” option, or set up a filter in your email client to organize them separately from your inbox. If you need assistance with this, our customer support team would be more than happy to help!
Ultimately, this upgrade means that you and your clients will receive the most current information available. We know this improvement has been on many REsearch wish lists, and we’re glad to be able to deliver it to you this week!
