This year, perhaps moreso than any other year, every single one of us at Hawaii Information Service is filled with gratitude for many blessings, especially you, our members and customers. We are so grateful every day for the opportunity to serve you with aloha!

HIS Office Closed November 26 & 27

The Hawaii Information Service office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 26 and 27, 2020 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will resume regular office hours on Monday, November 30. If you have questions about our service and systems during the long weekend, please visit the REsearch Knowledge Base, or check out our growing library of videos on YouTube.

In case of a system emergency (such as REsearch being offline), please leave a message on our emergency line by calling (808) 599-4224 or (800) 628-3121 from the neighbor islands, and pressing * (star). Our phone system will notify our on-call staff, and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

Our next observed holiday will be Christmas Day, on Friday, December 25, 2020.
